Return & Refund Policy

At Shoestepfr, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be denied a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. For purchases made during promotional periods, only the final sale price will be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Some financial institutions may require additional time to process the transaction. If you still have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company directly, as they may have further information about the status of your refund.

If after contacting your financial institution you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team with details of your purchase and refund request. We will investigate the matter and work to resolve it promptly.
